Ron Hinck Owner/President
I started working for California Soda Co. at the young age of 10. My great uncle, first generation
owner, paid me to sweep the warehouse floors. I worked with my father, second generation owner, for
over 30 years manufacturing industrial cleaners & sanitizers for many industries.
For the past 35 years, I have concentrated on providing built cleaners and sanitizers for the wine
industry. I still love going to work every day.
Matt Hinck General Manager
I am fortunate to be a fourth-generation of our family business where I have had the privilege of learning the ropes from my grandfather, then father, starting at a young age. I have gained invaluable hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for the legacy we have built over the years. Prior to stepping into the family business, I spent over a decade honing my skills as a Diesel Mechanic. I am fueled by my passion for our industry and the desire to preserve and enhance what generations before me have created. I am committed to upholding our values, delivering excellence in every aspect of our work, and ensuring that our business thrives for generations to come.

I have been in the chemical/Wine industry since 1996. I have learned and collected a lot of
knowledge over these 28 plus years. I have gone from working in the warehouseto the office doing
sales, purchasing, inventory control, employee management and working within budgets. I love
working in the wine industry. The people are great and I truly enjoy helping them solve whatever
issues they are having at their winery.
